Working with us

Joining any Multi Academy Trust (MAT) is a big decision for headteachers and governing boards. For this reason, we feel it is very important for schools to fully understand both the ups and downs of becoming an academy and being part of a larger trust. We would be more than happy to arrange an informal meeting or discussion with any schools that would like to find out more about us.

By either joining our Trust or by just working together more closely with us as a trial partner we are able to provide schools with support - which will help to improve opportunities for young people. The business support that can be provided by our professional central team, who focus on all aspects of school business matters, will enable teachers and leaders to spend more of their time focused on the one thing that counts the most – the education of children.

We can provide this level of professional support to any schools joining our Trust or individually to any local partner preferring to purchase bespoke packages of services from us.

We can offer the following services

• Support with academy conversion

• High-quality professional development for teachers

• In-school consultancy support

• School improvement

• Payroll

• ICT Support

• Finance Support and processing

• HR Management and Administration

• Facilities / H&S management / compliance

Aim High Academy Trust is enthusiastic about growth and we do hold sponsoring academy status. However, our model for growth is to continually ensure our Trust is the absolute best it can be whilst adhering to our vision, values and principles to act ethically at all times. We will not actively seek or persuade schools to join us, but if you have heard about us and would like to see or know more, then please don’t hesitate to contact us for more information.

Aim High is dedicated to improving standards through school-to-school partnership working and support, with the aim of improving opportunities for all children and young people; raising their achievement and aspirations and for them to be able to access great education.
